Drill 4 of 5
Double Attack Drill
Attack in layers instead of one predictable rhythm.
How to practice
- Throw a first attack at one level - jab to the body or feint to the head - to pull their guard.
- Fire the real attack to the opposite level the instant they react to the first.
- Practice the two classic pairs: low jab into high cross, and head feint into body hook.
- Partner defends honestly so your second attack must land through a real guard.
- Finish with one round where every scoring combination must be a level change.
